The condo has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds that can easily convert to one king size bed. It also offers a queen size pullout sofa with a very comfortable luxury mattress. Central air conditioning and an indoor private parking space are also included.

The Condo offers many amenities including cable TV in the living room and master bedroom as well as high speed internet and local telephone service. An entertainment center with a dvd and radio/cd player are available for your viewing and listening pleasure. The entertainment center also includes many books, puzzles and games. The private balcony with bistro set is a great place to sit and relax.

Besides a dishwasher and microwave, the kitchen is fully stocked for those who enjoy cooking and baking. You will find cutting boards, a knife set, toaster, teapot, food processor, blender, juicer, coffeepot, espresso pot, Senseo coffee machine, and a variety of cookware and bakeware. The kitchen is of course also equipped with a variety of glassware and dinnerware.

The condo has its own laundry room with washer and dryer. The bathroom is very spacious and has both a shower and large bathtub as well as a hair dryer. All linens are provided as well.
